Default halo lights installing question

I recently bought a pair of ccfl 98 camaro halo lights...........i took them to my mechanic who changed the blinkers without a problem, but could not get them in. He said he could "make them fit" but I was first wondering if there were any recommendations regarding how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank

Bought the same lights for my 99 SS, but haven't recieved them yet. found 2 posts on the forums that might help you. After reading them it sounds like i might try to do it myself instead of going to the body shop.

Got my lights and got them installed ok by myself. It will help if you turn the horizonal adjuster in at least halfway to get them installed the back it out. Here's a couple of pics.

Lights are hard to adjust for the projector beams. The high beams are super though. The halo's are sweet. They will fit. Just have to work with em
