Default front passenger tire rubs on inner fender

Ok my front passenger tire rubs on my inner fender when I turn the wheel. I know the car was crashed on that side when I bought it so Im thinking the subframe got moved. It runs two whole inches further back than the front driver side tire.. What could it be? The bushings? TH3e balljoint? And how much does it cost to fix it?

Could be a bent A arm. Could be ball joint. Would probably be best to have it aligned with alignment machine and they could probably tell you for sure what needs to be replaced.
