Default Fog Lamps

I'm looking to add fog lights to my 97 Camaro which is obviously not equipped with them. I already have schematics of how the wiring is supposed to be however my question is in regards to how much existing wiring is already in place. I got under the car and I saw that there are no wiring harnesses to plug into the lamps themselves. Additionally there appear to be no leads for the relay under the hood. However there is the wiring harness for the switch inside the vehicle. I know of a 96 Camaro in the junkyard that is equipped with fog lights (aside from the left lamp which is already taken) which can be my donor car. I know the switch is different in 97 and later also and I have already found several on Ebay.

Has anyone done a project like this? I prefer to avoid aftermarket systems as much as possible. I would like to stick with factory wiring and lamps.

I already know this is what I'll need:

Switch
Relay
Fog Lamps Themselves
Mounting Brackets

If anyone has any input or advise please let me know. Again, its a 97 3.8L 5 speed.
