Default Father-Son Project

I just bought a 94 camaro 3.4 v6 as a project for my son and I to build. We paid $1000 for it. I am excited to start working on it with my son. It will be his when he turns 16 and he is only 8. LOL

I wish my parents thought like this. Their idea of a great first car for me was a dirt-colored Mercury Sable covered in dents and scrapes.

Yeah I will get pics put up soon. My son gets child support and I let him have it all. He splits it up between the car and a college fund.

Thank you 3800. I believe that as a parent it is my responsibility to take care of my son anyways so why not make sure he has a good future and fun in high school lol.

This is kind of the paint job that my son wants when we get done with it. Yes, he is a big Oklahoma State fan lol.

I am working on softening up the wife for a similar project. I have not yet decided which kid will be more interested in the car tho. My son loves hot wheels so does my daughter but when I am out working on the car my son could care less but my daughter is right there with me. I may have a father daughter project on my hands!!
