Fan Belt Keeps Falling off

Fan Belt Keeps Falling off
I have a 3.8L V6 2000 Camaro with 87k miles. Last Tuesday I was driving the car under rainy conditions and all of the sudden my power steering locked up. I parked and popped the hood and noticed my fan belt was on the floor barley hanging. I manged to put it on myself with some borrowed tools and tested the car and it ran like it always has.
Today, again during rainy conditions the fan belt undid itself. Both times it has happened when the car was at low RPMs. This fanbelt was just newly bought late March from auto zone. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is the moisture from the rain causing the fan belt to undue itself? Between last Tuesday and today I drove the car for 300+ miles without a hitch.
The tension pulley seems ok and the engine has never given me any problems. I however have noticed that since the last oil change the oil pressure meter is below 60 when the car is at low RPMs and goes to 60 at high RPMs or at a steady high velocity. Prior to that oil change the meter always stayed at 60.

it may be that oil has somehow gotten on the belt. look for any wires or debris that could be getting in there and causing it to flip off. i would look at the tensioner and idler to see if they are wobbling. check the belt for any damage to the grooves or if its been tweaked.

Make sure you got the right belt, too long and it'll be too loose. "The tension pulley seems ok". Put a wrench on the alternator pulley nut and try to turn the pulley clockwise. If the pulley spins free of the belt without using a lot of force, the tensioner is not ok.
