So for some reason myinterior lights dont want to illuminate. ive checked all the bulbs and know that the bulbs arent my problem. looking at the scematics of the lighting diagram, i can see that the interior lights arent run off of a series-paralell circuit. it is run off of a series circuit, so if one bulb were to go out it would allow all the other lights to be on. ive tested for continuity from the fuse block and i am getting voltage. i dont know if there isa relay i dont know about that might have gone out. looking at the scematics further, i predict that it might be the body control module, but dont want to spend money for a BCM just for troubleshooting! if anyone has any insight on this topic, go right ahead and leave me a message!

 

sorry i cant be any help but that sounds exactly what is happening with my 83. did you try replacing the fuses??

 

yeah the fuses are all good!
