Honestly I would return it, if I remember correctly the consoles were different between the bird and maro. I'd look on Crutchfield for one specifically designed for your year and model.

 

depends on if u have the heater controls tied into the stereo. i think the bose was on some. i think the fb and z are the same mounting bracket, it mounts behind the bezel and sets up aganst it from behind just like mine.

I just looked at it the diagram is EXCATLY the same of the camaro interior so Its the right and i meant to say that its its made for camaros and firebirds for some reason but its the kit I will show a picture of my interior when my touch comes

 

hey does anyone here have a indash dvd? because I just got my jensen vm 9510 setup and I am trying to play my ipod but the Jlink cable isnt working does anyone know what I should do?

 

what gen ipod is it i know on some of the newer gen ipods the cable is the same to connect to a usb but the power pins are in different locations 2nd gen and newer touch, iphone3g and 3gs, and 4th and newer nano's all could possibly require an adapter plug that would go to the jlink and to your ipod. i know scosche makes one i believe it may be aprox 30-40 bucks.

 

and i typically prefer Metra install kits over Scosche. that scosche kit should work but i think the metra kits have a better fit and finnish. the metra kit should be a 99-3300 iirc.
metra harness for that car is a 70-1858 and scosche harness is gm02b. you'll also need a gm antenna adapter.

 

I am trying it with a ipod touch jailbroken with 2.2 firmwire I put cydia and was looking around for somekind of external patch that i might need but nothin shows up. I have no idea about that Jlnk cable i just bought a ipod av cable and everything is working fine and it plays video and everything.
