Cranks, wont start but smoke out of exhaust
Ok so I just bought a 95 lt1 6 speed Camaro last week and drove it home and everything was fine. I parked the car last sunday and I went to go start it today and it will turn over but it wont start. The thing that freaks me out is that smoke is coming out of the exhaust, looks like the smoke that would come from a fire after you put it out. I've started the car a couple times after I got it and the most recent being yesterday which it ran fine. Although the engine light was on when the car was on but it would shut off when you started it. Anyway today after it didn't start I figured it might be the fuel pump, so I had the hood open and I turned the key on but didn't start it and I could hear the fuel pump prime but there was this whistling sound from the engine bay, probably the fuel rail but I don't know if thats normal. Anyway if anyone has any explanation to whats going on it would be greatly appreciated, I am about to kill myself I'm having an awful day. Thanks

RE: Cranks, wont start but smoke out of exhaust
I went out earlier today after I made the post and it started. It took a little longer than usual but it started and then I let it run for a little bit and took it up the road and it ran fine. I don't know whats going on but I think I'll take it into the Chevy dealer and run the codes on it thx guys.
