Default constant squeek

theres this annoying and constant squeek that comes from under the hood. It does come from the serpeentine (since when i spray WD-40 on the belt it goes away) but what i dont get is, the belt is relatively new, good shape, everything is bolted down nice and tight, and i dont think the belt is too tight/ loose and isnt the tensioner automatic?
