Cold start idle?

Cold start idle?

noticed throughout my life every car that ive owned would idle higher during cold starts until warmed up, however my camaro seems to idle the exact same no matter what the temp is. What would cause this?

if anything i would look at the iac motor/valve and the 02's. dont make a big thing of it though, mine is the same way. but then i have a few mods.
