Default Cold Air of High Flow?

I have a 2002 Z28, is it worth it to pay the extra money for the Cold Air Flow kit from SLP or should i just stick with the bigger air box lid? What would be the horsepower difference in the two?

if you have the AIR LID HOOD and the SLP intake installed it will be 8-11hp

yes it will but you have to have the SS hood with the lid,,,,or some other RAM AIR HOOD,,,so that there is more air comming to your intake box,,,therefore more HP

getting the hood alone isnt gonna add much youd be better off getting the intake then the hood.
