Default Coil test

Hi all- Does anyone know how to test the coil with a simple multimeter ? (1994 z-28) . How about the ICM ?

Or by any other method ? Come on Nobody knows how to test a simple coil ?

Thanks Craby. Well still behind the eight ball here. Installed new coil and new ICM this morning. Cranks but still no firing. Yesterday I tested the ICM harness, pins A,B,C and D and all tested OK, so I figured for sure it was the ICM. No such luck. Does anyone know how to test the harness going INTO the coil ? It's a double plug harness with two pins on top harness and one pin on bottom harness. Anyone Please HELP>

have you tested for spark at the plugs?

Yes- No spark at the plugs.
