car problems
so its a 96 3.8L 5 speed manual. so problems are
-P1115 ect sensor circuit intermittent voltage high
-P1441 evap system flow during non-purge
-P0601 internal memory check sum error
-P1635 5-Volt reference (A or 1) circuit
Those are the codes that I Got from my reader and the discription that it gave with them. Now the other problem is that it has a hard time starting after it has been running for a few minutes. sometimes it'll stall out right after it starts. It'll also rev up randomly during idle and after slowing down and don shifting the engine will start to rev down when the clutch is disengaged then start to shoot up. now i think its code P1441 causing this but I'm clueless on any of these. any help will be greatly appreciated.
Also last time i tried to start it the car went dead. everything died instantly when i turned the key.

i would look to the pcm for most of the issues. http://www.ls2.com/boggs/dtcs/DTC%20P1114.htm http://www.ls2.com/boggs/dtcs/DTC%20P1635.htm the other would be to test the evap. https://camaroforums.com/forum/lt1-l...-system-51219/

ok so we can eleminate the p1635 as that was caused from me unpluging the egr. I got the car the start up again and let it run for a bit and no enginge light comes on but when i plug in the scanner i'm only getting the p1115 ect high voltage code. i've also noticed because of this both my fans are running. they never both run so its kinda weird. would that just be the ect sensor crapping out? the car still has random reving so i'm guessing its an evap problem so i'll look into that when i get a chance.
the p0601 code is kinda the least of my worries right now. i just want to get this thing running properly. now if it is the pcm causing the high reving and the coolaint problem then i well change it out to see if that helps. I'm also going to clean the teminals of the battery and hopefully that well solve the random complete shut down the car had unless thats a safety feature these cars had.

most scanners will put the system into diognostic mode and both fans will come on. should go back to normal when the scanner is disconnected. check your grounds as well. check the voltage from the battery. check for any moisture damage in any of the plugins to the pcm, opti and sensors.

This happened without the tool plugged in. I'll check the relays and all connection. Also another thing I forgot to mention is that when I reach 100km/h and around 4500-5000 rpm the gauges will drop down then jump back up.

If the computer is taking internal errors as indicated by the P0601 code, it means it is not working properly, and all the other codes that were set may be false. In other words, the engine is being controlled by an insane pice of equipment, and it will never work properly.
