Can a GTP motor fit in a 94 v6 camaro

Default Can a GTP motor fit in a 94 v6 camaro

im asking for my friend. He wants to know if a GTP supercharged v6 motor would fit in his 95 camaro he has money he dont want a v8 he had one u just wants somthing new that he never seen so if it could be done let me know i think it can but idk i just was asking thanx O and i need a website to fined some pricing for him on a motor so if u know a good site let me know....

long answer... yes with thousands spent on fabrication.

The engine will fit the supercharger wont. There will also need to be some parts swapped out.

^^^ in short, the supercharger's air inlet would be buried under the cowl somewhere. You'd need major fab work to get it turned around. Probably not worth it - for the same amount of energy, you could do a LS1 swap...

But please don't try to attempt to do a ls1 swap unless you do alot of research. And I mean alot. You can put a gtp engine in but you can only use the bottom end. Top end is totally different compression ratio as it's ment for a supercharger. Otherwise you'll need a tune. And to get the supercharge to fit it'll take alot of man hours and machining to get It to go in. Man hours = money which = the cost of a z28.

ya i told him to just get a z but he had one and got his *** kicked by a GTP so he sold the z and wanted the GTP motor in this camaro he got for $200 he has a 355 in his garage witch was going in there but i dont y he wants the v6 so bad and i also said to him to just go buy the GTP but he hates the way it looks so thanx for ur input

Shoulda turbo'd the z instead of selling it.

Shoulda put headers on and a cai. Shoulda done alot of things instead of selling it.
