Default Camaro prices

I have a 2002 SS with 51K miles, great condition and not modified. I'm thinking about selling, what should this car sell for?

Thanks for the input "craby", appreciate it. Mobile Alabama car - never seen ice or snow. Maybe it will sell at the top of that range. Anyone interested? Great car - but you already know that.

Don't listen to craby

$3,000. I'll need a day to drive there

do you want it in $100's or $50's ?

seriously, look on craigslist to see ASKING prices of Z's in the area. You have really low miles for a 13 year old car (why?)

Oh, it's not a rebuilt title is it?

$3,000 - Hmmm?? Think that I'll hold on to it for a little while longer, lol. The low miles is because I bought the car 7 years ago with nearly 50k miles and I only drive the car to shows and cruise ins. No, this car is not rebuilt, it's just a very honest and original SS that has been in my garage for me to enjoy. Black, black leather, 6 speed and a joy to drive. Love this car but have retired and have two other projects I'm working on. See pictures on Craigs list Mobile AL.

After numerous calls and some serious and not so serious buyers the Camaro sold today. For anyone's interest, I let it go for $10k. I hated to see it go but the guy who bought it was as happy as Christmas morning. I have some new projects and look forward to spending time with those and having room in the garage for my new toy. Of all the cars that I've owned over 60 years the Camaro SS was the most attention getting - good and bad attention. Now I can look back and think that I should have driven it more. Enjoy these under appreciated cars.

5-7K would be about right for a non-SS automatic LS1. assuming the car is as nice and garage kept as you would expect for a car that been driven 3900 miles a year. LS cars are the top tier of the 4th gen. All original LS SS's are going to be the most valuable of the 4th gens.

If the car sold for 10k it is worth 10k by definition. What is a car worth? "what someone is willing to pay"

what someone is willing to pay ,I guess I am saying I would not have payed that much for it ,when one can find the 74 I had my eyes on a bit back for $8.000 .an I don't care about matching #s its about the best bang for my buck .life is to short ,like my hats off to thos who take 5 years to do a build ,I kinda live like today is my last day then iwant it done much faster ,for some its about the joy of the build ,an saveing $$,stock makes me want to.modify it right away ,no its worth it to the guy .who bought it ,an it was the last ss for 4 gens ,
