Default cam help!

I wanna put a cam in my car I just don't know what I should do. I wanna do a cam to where I don't have to do head work. My motor has all stock internals. Also I'm not familiar with cam specs so any help would be greatly appreciated.

With whatever camshaft that you get, you will at least need new valve springs and push rods. How big of a camshaft do you want to go with? Do you not know?

i think you'll need to do a bit of reading due and ask questions to the cam makers and seller for info. Depends on plans with the car, driving habbits, where you want power or torque, manual or A4, supporting mods etc etc

do not do a cam without replacing springs and rods. even the smaller ones will run you into trouble
