My air conditioning didnt work at all until i changed the relay, it also has full freon. The floor and little circle vents work fine but the four main rectangle vents dont blow out air, you can feel their cold but definatly not blowing the way they should. any ideas?

 

Check the vac lines behind the controls that determine if it is to blow in the defrost position or the vent position. Could have leaks in the tubing or the position controller could be leaking not allowing it to move the doors that control the path of flow.
