Ive been making many improvements to Midnight so I was checking out eBay and want to get some advice on the following:
I see a single piece aluminum driveshaft out of a 2001 WS6 for $125 (price includes shipping)
Also from same seller a posi rear w/ 3.42's out of 2001 Z28 for $500 (price is w/ shipping cost)
Would it be wiser to look into getting these pieces before getting more suspension parts?
Some feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No I only say more suspension b/c I was originally looking to upgrade my suspension more but have seen that these items help w/ power which I am also working on getting out of the car.
Just wanted some ppl's opinions on which end to hold off on.
That driveshaft is already gone but there's another for like ten bucks more.

does the 3.8 have the split driveshaft??? either way youll notice a difference right there your driveshaft is steel and rather heavy
as for the rear end the better gears will create better acceleration and the lsd will allow you to burn your tires more evenly lol
if it were me id put the suspension off for a lsd rear and an aluminum driveshaft

Funny how I posted this and both the first two driveshafts got purchased right away. I hope it wasn't someone from the forum, lmao.
Oh well now I'll have to pay a little more, my loss someone elses gain.
Thanks for the advice Basic, I figured and should've went with my gut when I saw the first price.

I would focus on suspension first -- esp. if it's a daily driver, plus any performance increases will be much better when you can better handle the car on the street. W/out suspension improvements, 4th Gens really aren't known for handling.
Shocks and sways should be first on your list.

Thanks for the advice.
I'm going to hold off on the rear for now and see if I can just pick one up instead of trying to get one shipped.
I figure with the driveshaft ordered and everything else I've done so far she's good on power for now.
As Liberty suggested I'll focus on suspension.
Liberty you suggest shocks and sway bars first. Should I get these items before lower control arms, panhard bar, & torque arm?
