Congratulations! You bought yourself a better interior, a better rear end, a better looking exterior and just a better overall car in the new Mustang! The only thing that the Z28 has on your GT is the engine is better. I really don't blame you for buying the GT and selling the cheap and outdated Z28.

 

S197 headrests are terrible. 4th gen seats are much better

the 4th gens handle just as well if not better than the S197's

The 4th gens LT1 and LS1 run with the S197's except the new 5.0

OK, 98 and up 4th gens look hokey thus why I bought a 95

S197's look great with body kits and lowered

I'll agree that the S197 is a better looking car but with respect to performance and handling, and the exception of the 2011 5.0, the 4th gens are not outperformed by the S197

FYI- I own a 3rd gen, 4th gen, and S197

 

yeah its a tad slower i cant really notice. sorry i wasted your time with the headers thing lol. he asked if i wanted to take payments over and i couldent turn it down. after i pay the stang off ill have some work done to it to make it a little quicker. my dad has a trans am to so i guess he dint need the mustang. but if no one wants it ill prob still have my camaro for awhile.

 

lol around me its the ricers that do that. theres alot of 16year old kids that live on my street with civics. every night the rev them up and race them around.

 

the car is still for sale. if anyone wants to come look at it let me know
