95 Z28 - Dash Light on after break job?

95 Z28
I replacebreak pads all the way around and nowthe dash break light is on. What did I do wrong, how do I get it turned off?

Either your parking brake is engaged or low brake fluid.

I have checked the parking/emergency break and it is not set, I checked the fluid and it is full.
