I have a 1995 Camaro 3.4L V6 with a little over 150,000 miles on her. The struts and shocks are worn. I work in an auto parts store and it will still cost me $300 for the parts needed. What I would like to know is if anyone here has changed the suspension over the an airbag suspension? How much did it cost? Was it an easy swap? And such questions like that.

Dude, a full set of airbags from airride are going to cost you 2500 bucks, I looked into that. For just the back it's going to be around 1200. I would suggest a set of KYB, 400 bucks all around and they are good reliable shocks/struts. Add some performance springs for 150 or so and you'll have a nice suspension for daily driving and a little fun on the side.

^^^agreed...unless you're planning on making a real show car and keeping it for a long time...air suspension just isn't worth it. i think greenarrow may have even been a bit conservative on his pricing and i'd have said a little higher. if you're really interested, www.ridetech.com

The company that I work for sells KYB shocks and struts so no problem there. I haven't been able to locate any install ready front struts (strut, spring, and mounts as a complete assembly) through KYB, but then I haven't realy looked yet. Thanks for the advice.

You're not going to find any that plug and play, their are camaro specific parts that just aren't going to come with them. It's not a hard thing to do, but the top nut that holds the spring plate onto the strut likes to rust and you'll probably end up cutting it off or torching it off. I went with KYB's all around, they are 6 or 8 way adjustable with BMR lowering springs and it rides nice. Took a little time to get it dialed in, but well worth it.
