Default 94 camaro timing off?

what are the conditions of a camaro timing being off? no start? i took it to a shop and it seems like they are just as clueless as i am to what the problem is they already did test on compression, fuel pressure, and spark

Has anyone checked to see if the injectors are firing?? Just checking fuel pressure is not enough. What fuel pressure are you seeing? As said before spark timing is not adjustable and controlled by the PCM, the only way it could be off is if the valve timing has gone off due to mechanical problems (timing gears, timing chain), or that when the Opti was installed, it was forced in and damged internally in the process. Also possible that the PCM lost its mind, or the Opti is bad.

called the guy who owned it before me and said it has something to do with the key fob not reading. he said he had to turn it to the on positino and clickit 4-8 times and then turn it on for it to start. so im going to bring it to a chevy dealer to have a new key made.
