93 z28 sputtering problem
My 93 z28 is having a sputtering problem while giving it gas.
Fuel filter only has about 5000 miles on it. K&N filter was cleaned about 2 weeks ago. Optispark was changed out about 2 months ago.
While driving and putting somewhat of a load on the engine, it sputters and the rpms are a little lower than what they normally are at an idle. After driving, I noticed there was smoke coming out from around on catalytic convert. It did not smell like normal exhaust would. Wondering if the converter is clogged causing it to sputter? Thanks for any feedback in advance.

93 does not have a maf. test your fuel pressure, 4th Gen LT1 F-body Tech Articles
check and clean the iac valve/motor
check your plug wires to make sure one or more has not been burned by the exhaust.
if you have original injectors take or send them in and have them cleaned and flow tested at a injector shop.
how old are the 02 sensors? they may be fouled or just getting old.
test the evap system, could be something simple like a faulty gas cap, https://camaroforums.com/forum/lt1-l...-system-51219/
test the temp sensors, intake air temp, coolant temp sensor on the water pump. 4th Gen LT1 F-body Tech Articles
