Default 93 Camaro WTH??

Just finished painting a 93 I picked up,it was in storage for quite a while and I finally got around to shooting it today.Finished the paint and reassembled everything.Turn signals wouldnt work so I went through all the usual suspects, bulbs, wires, fuses, ect.Took the panel off under the steering wheel and found the flasher next to the horn relay was missing...ok...plugged in a flasher and it flash's the hazards and I cant turn them off with the hazard switch....I found a second 552 flasher clipped to the support and tried plugging that one in,same story, hazards flash and I cant turn them off.I was in the process of pulling the wheel to inspect the switch mechanism and couldnt find my puller so thats as far as I got.Anyone run into this issue before?Any help appreciated!Thanx

the hazard switch being stuck on could be shorting or connecting all the lights so they all come on when you turn on the blinkers.

If you installed the wong bulb in one of the turn signal sockets it could back feed power to that hazard relay.

Relay needs power and ground going into it to turn on.
