Default 4th Gen Halo/Angel Eye Mod(93-97)

Here is the guide I used to do my Halo mod:https://camaroforums.com/forum/modif...93-97-a-51110/
It's a fairly old thread so I thought I would help some out that have been searching on how to do this or just the guide.

I found the halos online for $20 cheaper here:Amazon.com: Navigator NV-538W 3-3/8" Round Driving Light w/ Blue LED Accent Ring: Automotive
Most don't have a pepboys around them and Amazon is offering free shipping and they usually arrive within 3 days. They also come with 2 LED's in the halo ring (Both my sets did)

Happy Modding

Thanks for the link to the write up and the link to where you got your lights.

Have you noticed any difference in how much light they put on the road at night? I like the look of the mod, but if they don't put at least as much light to pavement as stockers, then I personally wouldn't consider doing this mod.

Ya how much light do they put out? That's the one thing keeping me away from doing this mod. I love the look of the halos.

well with only two. its not bad. you can see pretty good but it wasn't to my liking so I replaced my highs with two more and now its a lot brighter than stock lights.

Yeah I would say the lighting out-does the stock lighting for sure

Thanks for the link Ill! I really like the looks of the mod on your car and might look into doing this on mine.

I have the halo headlight assemblies on my car. But I think the previous owner screwed up when he got them.

They don't seem to fit right. There are huge gaping holes that you can see right through the bumper. I'll get some pictures in a bit of it. Could they maybe be installed wrong or could they be the wrong size for the 01?

I am seriously considering getting the original head light boxes and putting them back on. But at $600 for the pair, it's just gonna have to wait awhile.

The Rubber is there. They just don't fit right, or something.
