Smile 355 lt1 Dyno Results

Hey guys I am new to this forum and to camaros in general. I just recently completed my first 1995 z28 build and wanted to know what you guys think. I would encourage others to use this build as a guide because even my machinist was impressed with the results, especially out of just a 355.

This combo was dyno tuned at 406rwhp and 440 rwtq last week through a 4l6e auto trans. Will post dyno video on youtube asap.

Engine Specs-
Top end- AFR Eliminator 195 heads. Stock cnc. Standard afr valves and springs.
- Lt4 intake with bbk 90 mm and moroso cold air. Electric water pump
- 42lb injectors with upgraded fuel pump and regulator

Valvetrain- Gm 847 cam with new factory gm lifters
- Comp cam gold roller rockers 1.5s
- Stock length pushrods

Bottom end- Had shortblock completely balanced and blueprinted down to the bolts. Bored 30 over. Eagle crank and h beam lightweight rods. 11-5-1 compression forged pistons. All arp bolts. High volume oil pump.

Exhaust- Hooker long tube headers into single 3.5 inch y pipe to borla xr1 muffler. Extremely loud.

Trans- 4l6e full built to 700hp(hopefully) and tci 3000 stall. Aluminum driveshaft. 3.73 richmond gear out back

Suspension- eibach pro kit with tubular controll arms...larger sway bars and full weld in frame connectors.

Also had car repainted and new leather seats from gm installed. Car has chrome zr1 wheels.

BTW car was dynoed before build with 80k lt1 with headers.. full exhaust..lt4 hot cam...and cold air intake and make 278rwhp and 304rwtq.

Car made the top hp numbers with the computer set to retard the timing for 150hp shot of nitrous.
