I am talking about in the dash the wheel you spin to make the gauges brighter and then the actual switch to turn the lights on. The third connector is somewhat small but has about 6 skinny wires in it. I cannot find where it goes to. Please let me know. Thanks

 

I looked on my 98z28 but my dimmer switch only has one large wide connector and another smaller 4 wire connector, not sure why yours has 3 connectors. Maybe it is different from the year you have?

 

yea mine has those two connectors, then there is another that is in that part of the harness, im not even sure it goes by the dimmer switch but since its in that part of the loam it cant go more than about 7 inches away...... it is a white connector and has one of those orange safety locks on it so it is probably important, and since my gauge cluster does NOT light up and my radio does NOT worki am guessing that is part of the problem there. Thanks for the help tho...
