Default 2002 Z28 Good Deal?

Hey guys, this is my first post here. I'm looking into getting a 4th gen Camaro and I've recently come across a 2002 Z28 silver, black leather interior, 6 speed man with only 6100 miles on it. Car looks extremely clean, I plan on going to take a look at it this weekend. He is asking 14,000 for the car, I'm wondering if you guys think this is a decent asking price. Please give me any input you might have. Thanks

for those miles it is a good price as long as it runs amazing and has absolutely no probs

From what he has told me there are no problems. According to him the car sat in climate controlled storage until May of 2009. It still has the factory rubber on it.

Yes its worth it, but ask yourself... Is it REALLY worth it?

IMO: I would so much rather spend 14k on an 1st or 2nd gen camaro than a "4.2" gen

I would love to have a 1st gen. My father is restoring a 69 SS 350 right now, but as a daily driver? nah, and I'm just not a big fan of the 2nd gen.

Here are some photos of the car. Looks like the car is in great condition to me, but I don't guess I will know for sure until I see it up close and drive it.

I'd have to agree,4th gens are real nice daily drivers ( I love my '93) and I have owned a 1st gen and loved it but for a daily driver I'd take that "4.2" all day long.

Yeah it does. Hopefully its that nice in person. Is there anything specific I should look for when I'm checking the car out? Besides the obvious stuff. I'm not real familiar with 4th gens so I don't really know all the problem areas.

check at the bottom of the front fender there is a spot that says do not jack here and see if someone has jacked it up off of there it messes up the fenders
