Just purchased a 2002 35th Anniversary coupe and am in the process of decoding the Service Parts Identification label. Have found all the RPO codes except the following: CAE, IP3, NF7, PBT, TS9, VE2, Y2Y, Z4C, 191, 193, 6BS, 7BS, 8TJ and 9TJ.

Would appreciate any help in identifying these RPO codes.

CAE was the code used on all Camaro SS's and Firehawks that went to SLP for the SS upfit. The code was used to put the cars in a different yard than the other cars so that the shipper would bring those cars to SLP.

 

I can't give you all the RPO descriptions, but here is what I know.

• CAE = GM ST Therese to SLP LaSalle
• IP3 = ?
• NF7 = ?
• PBT =Temporary Hood for Upfitter Delivery
• TS9 = Delete Level Stop Lamp
• Y2Y = SLP Second Sticker Content
• Z4C = 35th Anniversary Limited Edition
• 191 = Interior Trim Color
• 193 = Ebony Seats with Pewter inserts
• 6BS = ?
• 7BS = ?
• 8TJ = Computer Select Suspension
• 9TJ = Computer Select Suspension

I think IP3 has something to do with the Interior because IP2 is defined as Interior Design and NF7 probably refers an emission system because NF2 is described as Tier 1 Federal Emission System. 6BS and 7BS I think refers to suspension equipment.
