2002 deal?

There is a 2002 z28 for sale at the dealership down the street from me. It costs $12900 and has a meager 22000 miles. Is this a good deal?

as long as inside and out it's in good condition, and it doesnt have any problems (which with those miles, it shouldn't..) I would say thats a pretty good deal.. but, like jake said.. pics would be cool.
