I have figured put how to delete the ac compressor and not use a bypass kit. The bypass kits out there for the 3800 motors which isnt many and have crappy plastic pulleys aren't worth it. Hope this help others. Ive attached pics. I used a different pulley anove the ac pulley and a shorter belt, 82 inches. U need to shave some of the metal off the heater hose connections to the motor becuase it will rub. Last move the bottom heater hose bracket up and use a L-bracket to attach to the other bracket. UPDATE.....belt seems to be rubbing on the outside facing the front as seen in the pic...The white stuff in the belt is becoming exposed, cant find where tho yet. Will update.
