2001 Z28 load squeaks rear supension?

Question 2001 Z28 load squeaks rear supension?

Had a real hot summer in Texas, car has started squeaking in the rear supension. Has anyone had the same problem, and a solution?? Thanks

Most likely some bushing dried out and needs to be replaced, although shocks may also get squeaky with age.

Just grease your bushings, normally fixes my issues.

when the torque arm bushing squeaks it reverberates. I use "belt dressing" and spray the heck out of the bushings to find the culprit. I spray one at a time

Ten year old bushings are getting tired, time to replace them, especially if high mileage and if they've gone through harsh elements! Stay away from poly, except for the sways...
