Default 1st Time Camaro Owner

Hey everyone, first time Camaro owner and first post on the forums. Just thought I'd introduce myself and ask a couple questions if ya'll don't mind answering some of em.

Basically this is my first car. She's a 1999 3.8l V6 Auto, and I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her. Hell, I even named her, lol. She's got 120 thousand miles on her but still runs like a champ. What I'm wondering is this:

Since she's 10 years old with so many miles, what things should I be prepared for in terms of repairs/replacements? Also, is there any sort of coating/paint that I could get for the hood that would prevent all the damn rock chips I've been getting? I don't really want to get a bra for her since I think it would clash with the paint color (Pewter).

One other thing, would it be worth it to add some mods to her and learn about them even though she's my first car? Or should I wait a couple years?

you could definatly get a clear bra on it then you wouldnt really be able to tell that their is anything on the front of it any tint shop should be able to do it and you should put some pics of your car up congrats on your first car

Thanks for the welcome. I'd put up some pictures but I currently have no real way of doing it besides using a crappy cell phone camera. And I'll definitely check into getting a clear bra for her, thanks.
