alot of times the spacers will come with their own lugs. are you positive you cannot fit a 10.5 back there without spacers? anyways, get a 335 wide tire. are the 17s or 18s?

RE: 1999 Camaro Wheel and question
a spacer could make it work, but ur actually weakening the entire setup....... chances are u just got the wrong backspacing
can u read me the numbers off ur drag radials though? that can help us decide. maybe ur tire is too tall.

RE: 1999 Camaro Wheel and question
its been awhile since ive had to think about it..... there are 2 measurements: backspacing, and offset. together they determine where thecenter of the rimsits withing the rim. if it is incorrect then you can have the rim itself sitting too far inward or outward in the well. if you want to imagine "adjusting" the offset, imagine ur spokes are made of clay and you just take the wheel and pull it toward u, which bends all the spokes as the center of the wheel stays attached to the hub. i cant remember if this is increasing or decreasing backspacing, but i hope u get the idea.
