Default 1998 Camaro

I have a 1998 3.8 camaro 149,500 miles with 3.73 richmond gears...I never owned a camaro before and I want to get some input on this car...well here's what I got...She runs and handles great...but then she has her down falls such as not wanting to start right up regardless if it's hot or cold out...just replaced the starter because it kept seizing up...She is due for her tune up in the next 500 miles...if doing the tune up doesn't correct her starting issues, could this possibly be fuel related? any input will be greatly appreciated.

Test your fuel pressure, could be the pump, regulator or filter...

Try turning your key to the on position for a few seconds and do that a few times then try starting your car. You should hear the pump prime up. If it starts right up after doing that then you need to do a fuel system check as you most likely have either a bad fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump.
