Putting a LS1 in a 1995 Z28, how complicated is the wiring and computer hookup?

Transmission needs to be changed too. As far as wiring, etc its all been done before. You might even be able to call painless wiring and get a plug n play harness. I havent done it myself but a quick search on here you could probably come up with at least a few project threads with LS1 swaps. Best of luck with it

 

i am currently doing this to my 95. You NEED all wire harnesses (engine/trans, and interior) new relays (unless you cut and splice the old relay plugs to the new harness) a new dash.
I personally am swapping all of it the less cutting i do the better.
Also look into just getting a standalone harness or modding your lt harness.
