1995 Camaro 3.4 CEL

I recently had my head gaskets and everything to do with the cooling of the engine replaced due to overheating issues. My car runs great now but it has the CEL and the ABS inop light permanently on. Before the maintenance, the car didn't have the error lights on. I used several OBD2 scanners to find the issue, I even disconnected the battery to reset the codes. The scanners never found any codes. So, now the lights became a minor annoyance.

I just recently purchased the TMobile SyncUp. It plugs into the sensor port. It provides WiFi in the car, GPS, and gives you neat notifications when your door is unlocked, or a disturbance is detected, it even gives service updates and runs diagnostics.

The SyncUp does not connect with the car. It gives an "offline" status message. So, now I think something, something is going on with the electrical but I don't even know where to begin to look? This is most likely why I cannot receive codes from a scanner or why my CEL is permanently on.

What's going on??
