Yeah i had an idea the gears were not that great but im gonna pay like a bazillion dollars in gas to go from floridato Illinois when i come home on leave so ill take as highway friendly as possible
the guy that built the car did it and then gave it to his daughter he then realized it was to much for her and took the heads he had on it off and threw some other ones on and then took the carburator spacer off the bar
he said with the old heads it was 435hp
and now its 330hp

pretty sweet, i would prob buy it, those oil leaks i normally wouldidentifybefor i buy anything just becauseif you cant physically see where its coming from it could be burning it and then you got more serious problems. im no pro, Imjust talking but i also agree that with those gears you wont be going anywhere fast but ifall you got to do is some gears and a valve cover gasket or something you could be in good shape!

the guy detuned the car he said because his daughter was driving it. he said with the old heads it was lik 435hp and a carb spacer
now he says its like 340hp with no spacer and different heads

now i dont feel ify with this car at all
i also have a 1990 camaro im going to use that as my daily driver and this one the 85 as my track car
but of course new gears and a few more add ons

THIS WAS THE DESCRIPTION
1985 Chevy Camaro. Good Points: PDL, PW, nice interior, Dakota digital dash cluster (retail $550), 350 motor bored 30 over, MSD ignition, Holly 750 Double Barrel carb. 334/490 2 in. intake valves, 194 exhaust (cam) fuely heads (ported and polished). Turbo 350 Transmission with hardened springs(for faster shifts),48xxx miles on the entire engine and drivetrain,256 rear end gears, Flow Master Exhaust(Sounds great).Runs like a champ, (built for power and speed but also geared for highway for better gas mileage. Bad points: little rust on door, battery tray, driver side pillar, and inside hood. Leaks a little oil (so little no need to add between oil changes), has 15" Cragger SS chrome rims, but some tarnish and rust (but clean still looks nice) some scrapes in paint, needs a paint job though. Windows go up and down but slow may need motor soon. CD player also.No A/C. This is a very reliable car, no problems. It has 47.999.7 miles on it.
