i started the carbed 350 swap, as im removing the 2.8, i tracked/labeled all the wires in the bay, before hand. Seems there is 2 harnesses, 1 on the drivers side-lights-powersteering etc. 2nd harness, its like there is a harness leading right to the ECM,and for a/c. i gunna run just basics....... got advice?

RE: swap motors, delete wires.
yes it is auto, 700r4, but what about the nuetral saftey switch? i cant find/whatto look 4?
i think the main alternator and power steering leed wires is within the left bulkhead harness? should i track it.. then remount ..were?
So if i plan on buying seperate gauges/ custom ones, from jegs that come with the sending units..peice of cake right?

Your left (drivers side)bulk head connector has all you need for the charging and starting and gauges.
The wires that go to the switch on the power steering just tell the computer when there is pressure in the line and up the gas so it does not bog the engine. They are not needed.
