i had a 87 iroc 350 tuned port , 5 speed, t-top. the original owner must have put the 5 speed in it, but it never had any trouble with tourque on the tranny. maybe if i would have put slicks on it but it would just roast the tires off. what it did do was crack the roof on both sides of the t-tops from the car twisting a little. It was a runner but no match for my 93z28 6 speed.
