Default NEED HELP!!! SPark plugs and ignition coils

I have a 1985 Z/28 5.0 305 4Bar. Carb. It's time for a tune up and i need new spark plugs and coils. Ill do anything under $6.00 a plug and whatever price for coils but not too exspensive. Ive hear about Bosch, both good and bad. So what should i go with Bosch, AC Delco,.......what'll give the best results/

Coil(s)? do you mean ignition coil, or spark plug wires. Honestly a properly gapped delco or autolite and good 7mm wires are fine for your setup. That will not break the bank. All of the platinum, irridium, or needle electrode plugs are too hard to gap and performance will decrease.

No gapping needed? Wha?

Look up what your engine needs for gap, and gap 'em. It's probably .040 but I could be wrong.

If you have them, why not use them? What's the hesitation for?

Spark plugs are a piece of the puzzle you do towards the end when aiming for the absolute max power. Is your car modified or stock? Unless you've done a lot of other power adding mods, I wouldn't worry. It is far more important to make sure the plugs are working, in good condition (including the wires and the distributor), and gapped correctly. Going MSD or something is how you'll get 'maximum power'.
