Default need help how to save gas

i just got a 93 z28 and its a real good car but my gas is gone by the nexts day and all i do is go 2 work an some other places so is there any way i can save my gas by buyin anything thanks

Yes, you can ligthen up that heavy right foot that goes on the gas petal.[sm=gears.gif] That is the best way to improve gas mileage.

How many miles are on it? If it's over 100,000 definately get a full fuel system cleaning, replace the O2 sensors and have you had a tune up? Check your fuel filter too. Transmission fluid changed? Rear differential fluid?

You're forgetting the distributor rotor in general tune up stuff.

Well it was a given asking if the tune up has been performed before.
If you would like to get technical
Spark plugs
wires
timing
check your thermostat make sure it opens right and it has the right temp range
check the radiator cap
(OLD SCHOOL)
cap
rotor
points

yea it had a tune up and it has more then 100,000 i think it is like 105,000 thanks for the help

The biggest fuel waster is probabbly a dirty air filter, fix any check engine lite troubles, keep tire inflated, always drive downhill. You really have the wrong car if you want economy. A 6 cyl would have been a better choice.
