i have a guy tryn to sell me an 87 350 with a 750 holly carb victor jr intake 3in exhaust b&m shifter 6 core raidator and 6 disk breaks. The body and the guts need alot of work. he wants 1500 firm. what do u all think?

 

6 core rad? and what is a 6 disk brakes? There is no way we can judge a car like this even with pics. It all depends on what you want. Its a car that never pass emissions. If the body is ruff and the inside is done that that part of the car is worth scrap rate. About $300 so I guess the value of the car will rely on how good the motor is and how nice a job he did on the conversion from Fuel injection. It also depend a lot on you. For me, replacing a rear quarter pannel or a new floor or skining a door is not a big deal but for some people it is a huge undertaking requiring either paying someone a lot of money to do it for them or buying a lot of equipment. You really should look around. This is a buyers market for unfinished projects. I know of 2 that where parted out and scrapped in the last 2 months cause there was simple no takers. One of them made me a little sick to see it get scraped. If I had any room I would have a 3rd gen right now.
