Default 86' z28 camaro trailing arm - know anything about it?

Hey, im wondering how to and how difficult it would be to fix/re-weld the trailing arms to the floor panels on a 86' z28 camaro. i'm an amateur welder, is it possible for me to learn how to do this project?
Thanks

something like that i would leave up to a very experienced welder or take it to a shop. you need to get the welds to penetrate the proper depth, and depending on the damage, you are probably going to need steel to patch over it to make up for the weak spot. its also going to require the rear to be squared up with the car. i dont know the extent of the damage, but if incorrectly repaired, the car will dog track or break again
