1991 Camaro 305

I have a 91 camaro rs manual with a 305. Its got no power. Anything I could do with out swapping for a 350 to give it a little exra kick? Thanks

no power as in unable to get to freeway speeds, no power to start the engine, no power to run 12 second quarter miles?

If what you are asking is how do you get a vehicle/engine designed from the smog era to behave like the new era cars; then that aint gonna happen without $$$$

Intake, carb, heads, cam maybe. I have had some nice running 305's. I dont really know the 91 year though, is it throttle body?

Give it a tune up, make sure you don't have a slipping clutch, then at that point re-examine your power qwest.
