1986 2.8 suddenly starts crapping out under load

Hi Guys, My 86 2.8 with around 190.00 miles on it has suddenly developed a total engine missfire or missfuel only while trying to accerate under a load like a slight uphill. Its like a total ignition or fuel shut off unless i let off the gas and then feather the pedal a bit above idle and then recatches enough to get where i need to go and seems it will do this as long as i want.

Previous history to this is that I would always get a CEL about 10 minutes into a 20 min comute which seemed to be a engine temp issue, "never ran any different" so never replaced anything and light always went out on next start, So thought to wait until time something made a radical change and now it has.

also previous to this new maf sensor due to code 33, 3 years ago and o2 sensors due to bad idle and new fuel electric pump about 8 years ago.

Engine revs great when no load, so I don,t think Its the fuel pump or regualtor, Seems lik,e a vacum leak or igition, Replaced the plugs, wires and fuel filter. Codes 32 and 34. Fixed 32 with a bad vacum hose and cleaned and tested 34 MAS is still there.

If I start engine and get the check light and stays on the engine runs great to me but if I start engine agian within 2 seconds the light goes out and stays out the engine will not accerate and light is still off.

Does anyone know if this has to do with the ignition module being reverted to a HEI,( high engery spark mode) with a resulting ok operation or the fact the EEM and Electronic spark control is somehow getting involved using the sensors creating the crappy run yet not tripping the SERVIVE light

does anyone know how to check the timing on a 2.8 FI 86 5speed

If this any help to others, I finnally conceeded that I was in a denial stage and replaced the MAF and engine light is now off and engine is running much better without any cutoffs at all while under loads, Although I think my ignition timing is still off a bit and a bit retarded after playing with it. But major problems fixed.

Still get the engine light coming on after about 15 minutes of highway driving without any engine run issues, turn engine off and on again and its goes away.

I spent 300$ for a new MAF for this years ago and problem still existed, I guess this is why I was reluctant to do it again but this time seems to be the fix
