IM in so far over my head. I don't even know what to ask. But if anyone has any info for a newbie would help. Im just trying to have a cool daily driver. Thank you for your time.

First step is buy yourself a Haynes service manual for the Camaro from any auto parts store or Amazon, etc.

 

so a search for 1991 factory service manual on eBay, cd version is 30 bucks paper 40-50. factory manual is way better then aftermarket, cost is more.

 

Will in run? Did they finish the TPI conversion? 84 dash conversion makes sense because of the older TPI system. The older Dash would not require speed data, just a cable.

You are going to need to figure out what you have. 305 or 350 and what came with the car? Is the fuel system and cooling system large enough. Guess I am say. did they complete the swap good enough to run, then you need to figure out if they did it right. These swaps are not that difficult but there are a lot of places things can go wrong.
