91 v6 swap to 5.7 tpi

91 v6 swap to 5.7 tpi
Hello everyone...I am new and this is my first post..I have a 91 Camaro v6 I want to swap with a 5.7 tpi...will the v8 harness connect with the v6 harness and will the 700r4 trans bolt to the v8? ..thank you all for any help and advice!!

No you need a V8 harness and ECM along with a V8 transmission. You want the trans from a 350 TPI car because they are stronger then the V8 305's.
V6 trans is the wrong bolt pattern and would fail under the torque of a 350. You will also need to disable the anti theft system. I am not 100% sure what that entails but I know GM was trying to stop people from just re keying stolen cars.

Sorry but I do not know what else you ECM would plug into besides the anti theft system. This is long before body control modules or in car networks like the CAN system. .
The only thing that comes to mind is the Data port and serial line to the ABS. Those would be generic.

The TBI system does not have enough air flow for the 350 and the ECM is not tuned for the 350. If I remember right the TBI system is under 300CFM
