z28 speedo Q?
 

I'm wondering if all 3rd gen z28's came with the 145 mph speedometer? When i bought my car it had just the 85 mph speedo. Could have someone swapped them or may it not be a true z28?

Before 1987 they all had 85 MPH speedometers and later years got higher ones depending on the engine type & model. Short version.

alright, hey thanks alot blackz. So i assume i could swap my 85 staraight out for a 110 or higher of a later year?

You should be able to without any problems. I think it all fits right

You can swap them out alright. It is a just a tight fitback there. I hope you have small hands and long fingers,. I have seen them on e-bay a lot of times, just make sure it is a mechanical speedo one up to 1989.

lol, well yeah i do got some long fingers, but im sure i will be able to swap them then. thanks guys.
