So I wasn't wrong. I just didn't read it right. I knew there was no way that Z24 was a 350 lmao

Thanks Microkid and HRT65, very helpful.

I'm liking the idea of switching to the larger TBI setup to make things much easier...

Now, you mention swapping to TPI. With this suggestion, that would require me installing the computer off of a Z28 TPI setup, and having it chipped/programmed whatever the case may be... correct? For this switch, I would also have to change the wiring harness right?

Sorry, like I said, this is my first time swapping an engine out for a completely different setup. I just dont want to waste my time rebuilding the 305 thats in it.

Do some reseach on some of the newer Egine management systems. The old TPI ECM with the ZZ4 might be a reach.

my worthless 2cents.
run a modded rochester of the LG4 305's and your good to go. you can do a fuel injection down the road. i might have the modded rochester off my ZZ3 setup if you are interested. the rochester carb is great for anyne who has taken the time with one.
